Is there a way to lower cholesterol naturally ? Herbs or Homeopathy Medicine.?
Even medical doc's agree that eating a diet high in whole grains will lower cholesterol.
it is best to eat the old fashion cooked cereals and not the instant.
oatmeal is great for you it is the oat bran that is in it that does it so you could just make the oat bran cereal.
also all bran has the same fibre as Metamucil in it
grape nuts also is good.
try to stay away from white flour /white rice / and white sugar
eating things that are made from whole grains are best.
eat fruits and veggies lots of them.
try to avoid red meats
red wine (1 glass a day) is also good
blue berries/ raspberries/ strawberries are very good for you.
you can get the frozen ones make sure you read the label to make sure that they did not add anything
